Entry Form Submissions
Winners of The Gifted of Ada Ev Giveaway will be randomly selected from Entry Form submissions (see guidelines below). All submissions will be considered in agreement with this website’s Terms and Conditions, and all submissions will be handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy. Using the Entry Form on this website is the only accepted means of entering this giveaway contest. Only one entry per person may be submitted.
Prizes
The prizes for this giveaway are expressly limited to the following:

No substitutions will be made to these prizes.
Winner Selection
Winner selection will be randomly chosen by the administrator of this website. No submissions received after the deadline of 11:59 pm EST on April 18 will be considered for selection. Selection of winners will be made in the order of 3rd place, 2nd place, and then the grand prize winner will be selected last. Selections are by randomly generated numbers from the total number of entries. If, for example, 100 entries are submitted, numbers between 1 and 100 will be randomly generated. If number 82 is selected first, the 82nd entry received will be designated the winner of the 3rd place prize, and so on.
Winner selections may not be challenged in any way. The process described above will be strictly adhered to for determining winners. By submitting an entry for this giveaway, you agree to honor the selection process and accept without objection the results.

- A message isnot required, but feel free to send us your thoughts. We appreciate hearing from you!

- Select the checkbox labeled “I agree to receive emails from AdaEvWorld.com from time to time” if you would like to hear from us. You can always notify us later if you change your mind.
- Select the checkbox agreeing to this website’s Terms and Conditions
Use of Collected Information
Any and all information collected from the Entry Form will be used in compliance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your contact information with any other business, entity, website, or any other data collection system.
We at AdaEvWorld.com would love to communicate with you via email from time to time, but if you prefer not to receive any emails from us, simply leave the email about receiving emails unchecked..
Notification of Winners and Delivery of Prizes
Winners of The Gifted of Ada Ev Giveaway will be notified by email no later than 11:59 pm EST on Monday, April 21, 2025, at the email address provided on the Entry Form.
In order for winners to claim their prize, they must reply to the “Winner Notification” email within 48 hours of the date and time the notification email was sent. Once winning email responses are received, 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be shipped to each winner directly from Amazon. In order to process 2nd and 3rd place prizes, the following information is required in your email response:
- Name of the prize winner (this will be used on the mailing label)
- Shipping address
- Phone number of the prize recipient (required by Amazon)
The Grand Prize Package involves signing each book and mailing them from author’s home, so sllow a week or more to receive the package. Once the Grand Prize Package has been mailed, its tracking number will be sent to the winner.
Failure to Respond to Winning Notifications
Any prize winner who does not respond within the 48-hour response time given above will forfeit the prize, and that specific prize will be re-selected using the same process as the original winning selections.
The process of re-selection will be repeated until all prizes are awarded.
Deadline
The deadline for all entries for The Gifted of Ada Ev Giveaway is 11:59 pm EST on April 18, 2025 — no exceptions.

You agree to indemnify this site, its authors, and its affiliates and hold us harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.
